GM Aids

I have been trying to create a GM Aid (a combat sheet) to manage multiple opponents simply (inspired by belgaran "Fiche de combat")

Let me know your opinion, as I really don't know anything about rights management, maybe I am not allowed to use it since I use design (wound table, initiative scale...) from the game, even if I re-used and re-created it vastly.
